The foundation of this program is the ½ü¾àÀëÄÚÉäºÏ¼¯Core Advantage—either a focus in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts that serves as the backbone of your education.
You will build upon that foundation with a carefully designed combination of food- and beverage-focused management, business, and liberal arts courses that prepares you for a variety of careers.
The curriculum also features a semester-long, full-time internship, as well as your choice of an optional, specialized study concentration in areas such as Advanced Wine and Beverage, Intrapreneurship, Asian Cuisine Studies, and many others.
The 129-credit Bachelor of Business Administration in Food Business Management with a Culinary Arts focus includes:
